My Names Steve A Few Friends And I Cruised Coast To Coast Best Road Trip Ive Ever Been On I Originally Lived In Derry New Hampshire My Friends And I Drove Out To California And Ive Since Moved Out Here I Loved Seeing The Changes From Coast to Coast We Left Around Fall Time In New England So All The Foilage Was Beginning And As We Drove Out West We Saw The Complete Change In Geography It Was Awesome Ohh And By Our Cell Phones Too Going Through The Time Zones It Was A Blast In Total It Was 3,400 Miles In 3 Days We Drove Straight As One Of us Slept The Other Drove It Was An Adventure For Sure I Definatetly Want to Do It Again Thats The Ultimate Road Trip :D

it was a blast i loved it we took the route that avoided all the tolls bcuz back in NH theres a lot of tolls :( so we were working on an $1800 budget and couldnt really afford tolls with food gas ect i had such a blast im glad i was a member of MCA it gave me a peace of mind on the open road :) for the 3400 mi trip

Fried SPAM for breakfast, anyone? Locking this one down. 3400 miles in three days is far from an ultimate roadtrip. That points to three days of hell on the interstate, something American Road magazine and this forum are not about. Thanks and good luck hawking MCA elsewhere.

Pat,

 

I'm with you. No doubt he was a nice guy but every post, including one you correctly took down, was a pitch for a road side assistance company. I guess he figured after the blatant promotional piece was taken down, that a more circumspect approach might work. I guess you can't knock a guy for trying to make a buck!

 

No one minds the occasional objective kudo to a company that gave you great service, but when the intent is to sell that product for your personal income, the purpose and spirit of the forum is undermined.

 

Thanks again for making this a great place to share real road travel experiences and knowledge!
