Reptile Day at the Depot

The City of Aiken Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department hosts Dr. Whit Gibbons for Reptile Day at the Depot. Please join professor emeritus of ecology and distinguished author, Dr. Whit Gibbons, for his talk, “Snakes on a Train, and Other Passengers (including Turtles, Frogs, and Alligators).” While, Dr. Gibbons discusses the little known lives of lizards, snakes, turtles, alligators, frogs, and salamanders, Even more, their contribution to the biodiversity of the Aiken County region. See live specimens at the lecture. As they are used to discuss details of the ecology and behavior of these intriguing animals.
