There’s two teams for the annual Butterfly Count. One team meets at the Silver Bluff Audubon Center. While, the other at Phinizy Swamp NP at 9 a.m. Augusta-Aiken Audubon’s field trips are open at no charge to all chapter members and the public. So, everyone come out. Some tips to make the trips more comfortable: bring a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and drinking water. Even more, sturdy walking shoes are recommended. Also, have rain gear nearby.
