Come to Beyond the Gravestone and experience a ranger-led tour of the historic Beech Island Cemetery. Visit the burial sites of SC Governor James Henry Hammond and many of his descendants.
In addition, the tour explores the lives, deaths and burials of notable Beech Island residents. As well as, the meaning of various gravestone designs and symbols.
