DennyG
A little bird (who sometimes drives a Triumph) pointed out that I was sitting at 666 posts and might want to leave that unlucky number behind post haste. So here's a hasty post that I've thought about ever since I posted what amounted to an informal review of the book on Phil Gooding's motorcycle trip. Not too long ago I read a book about a couple of Russians and their 1935 trip across the United States. I enjoyed the book so much that a did an unsolicited review that Becky saw fit to include in the news section of the American Road website. Some of you may have seen it but in case you haven't, I can't think of a better use for my 667th post. Take a look at American Road Magazine news and scroll down to June 24. Denny, I read your review...excellent! I ordered the book. Even if the story wasn't good, the photos alone sound worth the cost.
