mobilene
I had posted here about the National Road's alignment through Reelsville, Indiana. The post appears to have been eaten by the board gremlins overnight. But fortunately, for those of you currently donning sackcloth at the loss of such wit and poetry ( ), I happened to make a blog posting out of it yesterday. It's here: http://jimgrey.wordpress.com/2007/11/16/a-kink-in-the-road/.

This happened as well last week and the notes (not only the Reelsville thread) reappeared. Once the tech guys get all of their work done, things should be back to normal and the missing threads should be back.....stress "should". Keep the Show on the Road!
Thanks for reposting this! There have been some technical difficulties lately as the forum and web site are getting upgraded. This happened as well last week and the notes (not only the Reelsville thread) reappeared. Once the tech guys get all of their work done, things should be back to normal and the missing threads should be back.....stress "should". Thank you gentlemen! I noted the lost posts and gently brought them to Mobilene's attention last night...without being overly direct that his fine post had been eaten by the technology spirits. I am pleased that it lives on! I hope he will repost. And Roadmaven, thanks for the optimistic heads up! I like your "It will come out OK" attitude about technology, and add "You betchum!" Keep the Show on the Road!
mobilene
I'm going to let my blog carry the Reelsville burden, but any further discussion about the subject is certainly welcome here!
