T Rex

This is the second dinosaur that Claude Bell created in the desert near Cabazon, CA. Unfortunately he died in 1989 before he could finish it. The monster is over 65 ft. tall and has room for offices inside but was not finished completely at the time of the builder's death. Ironically the whole complex was bought by an evangelical Christian group that now uses it as a display supporting Creationism although they have not altered the behemoths that Calude Bell labored to create. The T Rex is fenced off at the rear to avoid entrance to unfinished belly of the beast.
