Known as the “End of the Line,” Brushy was a maximum-security prison that held evil men who committed heartless crimes with little remorse. Have a taste of the End of the Line Moonshine distilled at the prison, while enjoying a wonderful meal at the Warden’s Table.
NEXT HEAD OUT to FROZEN HEAD STATE PARK and check out the Waterfalls in the area and the Ranger led Events they have all year long, including a Big Foot event. TAKE A HIKE at the OBED WILD AND SCENIC RIVER which has high bluffs, sculpted cliffs, and lush forested slopes that creep to the edge of the river, which can be placid in summer and torrential in winter and spring.

WARTBURG,TN See the Court House was built in 1904 and the tower houses a 900-pound bell, four sided clock with four-foot hands. The only other clock of its kind resides in the Smithsonian. The Obed has been designated as an INTERNATIONAL DARK SKY PARK, check Nemo Bridge for that sky view.
