I'm thinking that the travel cottages could actually be a little older than 1930, but pretty close. The roof line was a common style in the mid 1920's that might have gone into the 1930's. I don't know with any confidence. Here is where those old Sear Robuck catalogs can help because they sold pre fabs that would be contemporary in style with the year of the catalog.
