knightfan26917
* The June 2007 story grabbed my attention: 1957 Plymouth Belvedere unearthed in Tulsa OK, a Route 66 town. I know several people who were there in person. I watched it live on the internet before we left for Dad's team's softball game that Friday evening. The car has been above ground 5 years, after being under ground 50. But, hardly any news; my main 2 sources don't seem to be very up-to-date. Maybe I'm the only one curious as to what has happened or is happening to the car...? Or, maybe I've just missed recent news? 1 of 2: http://www.unburiedcar.com/ 2 of 2: http://www.ridrust.com/missbelvedere.asp Cort | 38.m.IL | pigValve + paceMaker + cowValve | 1 Caprice Classic CHD.CC + RoadTrips.hobbies.RadioShows.us66 = http://www.chevyasylum.com/cort * roadsNwheels + CapriceClassicForum = http://rdwhl-capriceclassic.proboards.com/ "Something's haunting you" __ Marty Robbins __ 'Some Memories Just Won't Die'

knightfan26917
Guess that vault wasn't exactly heremetically sealed... Heh ... sadly, no. * I've "unearthed" 2 sources since I posted. Amazing what you can find online, isn't it? Sharing them, in case anyone else is interested, too.... 1 of 2: http://www.autosavant.com/2012/02/23/what-happened-to-the-1957-plymouth-belvedere-buried-in-tulsa/ 2 of 2: http://retrorides.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=118220 Cort | 38.m.IL | pigValve + paceMaker + cowValve | 1 Caprice Classic CHD.CC + RoadTrips.hobbies.RadioShows.us66 = http://www.chevyasylum.com/cort "If I only knew then what I know now" __ Lee Greenwood __ 'Fool's Gold'
