rudkipon66 Posted May 2, 2012 Report Share Posted May 2, 2012 (edited) Once upon a time I posted about a ROW marker that I found dumped on a hillside by Devil's Elbow. It is my understanding (correct me if I am wrong) that these markers were installed in the 20's. These kind of markers are commonplace in Illinois, but in Missouri, these were replaced by metal markers. Today, I actually found one in the ground on Old Highway 61 by Troy, MO. Picture attached.
