Hard to believe I've finished my 36 sessions of Cardiac Rehab for my 11/11/2011 open heart surgery; last session was 04/13/2012. I plan to return to the facility via their monthly fee, but I have to find a new job first. Wouldn't mind some other dreams/goals coming true, either...just sayin'.

Some people have likened CR to watching paint dry, but not for me. It made me a bit more "lean'n'mean". More importantly, it was fun, thanks to the nursing staff & fellow rehabbers.

Lean I'll give you but you don't look all that mean to me. Congrats on finishing the rehab.

:) Thank you, Denny! It's the new leaner/meaner me ... just maybe not as mean as I'd like sometimes...HA! Sure hope we can meet up sometime this year.

Looking good!....but did the rehab folks cough up a few bucks for the free T shirt ad?

Thank you, Dave ... and, ya know ... I didn't even think about that. I may have to give them a call.... ;).

Congratulations Cort!

Thank you, Mike! And, yes, I received your Email ... just didn't get a chance to reply yet. Hope things are OK for you!

Thank you, Becky ... much appreciated!

I'm TOLD this is a "devilish" grin, but I'm thinking it's more "dorkish"....

A road trip or radio show sounds darn good right about now....
