Point Lookout Beach Carnival

The Town of Hempstead presents the Point Lookout Beach Carnival, a family-friendly event. The Carnival features midway rides and games for all ages. Even more, live music and entertainment and favorite fair food. Furthermore, the annual Salute to Veterans with a fireworks display kicks off on June 29.
NO charge for event parking and admission including the World of Wonders Amazement Show, 10 old-time sideshow acts under the big top starring fire eaters, sword swallowers, contortionists, snake charmers and other exciting acts.
Free concerts July 4 thru 7 will include:
Beatles tribute band Penny Lane (7 p.m. to 9 p.m., July 5)
Country music singer-songwriter Frankie Justin Lamprey (8 p.m. to 10 p.m., July 6)
Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band Freebird (7 p.m. to 9 p.m., July 7)
Unlimited ride wristbands (for riders 36 inches or taller) are $30 on site. Online pre-sale ride wristbands are $20 each, 2 for $35, or a Family Four Pack (2 adult and 2 child wristbands) for $60. Online sales end at 5 p.m., June 27.
Ride tickets are $1.50 each, $30 for 20 tickets, or $60 for 50 tickets plus 1 free ride. While, rides take 2 or more tickets each.

Carnival hours are 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday thru Thursday. Also, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday thru Sunday.
