Augusta-Aiken Audubon Field Trip
December 15, 2018
Come to the Augusta-Aiken Audubon Field Trip at Jackson Landing Road. Meet at the Kathwood Ponds at Silver Bluff to carpool. Drive Jackson Landing Road looking for wintering passerines. There’s been Winter Wren and Brown Creeper along here in the past. Similarly, trip should last until about noon. Also, Augusta-Aiken Audubon’s field trips are open at no charge to all chapter members and the public.
Some tips to make the trips more comfortable. Most noteworthy, bring a hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and drinking water. Sturdy walking shoes are recommended as is having rain gear nearby. Finally, any questions concerning a field trip, please contact the listed field trip leader.
